Jim Stout
|
Jim started his insurance career in 1979 after he joined
his father's agency as a personal lines producer. In 1995 Jim
purchased the family owned agency and now serves as the primary commercial
lines producer and manages the daily operations. Jim holds the CPCU,
AAI and AIS professional designations.

Tina Stout
|
After obtaining a Bachelors of Business degree in 1988,
Tina began her insurance career in 1989 specializing in claims for a large
regional insurance company. Tina joined the agency as a licensed
agent in 2001 and is responsible for personal lines production, claims
administration and policyholder service. Tina holds both AIC and AIS
professional designations.

Denise Lawfer
|
Denise started her insurance career in 1990 working for a
large regional insurance company in a variety of capacities. She
obtained her agent's license in 2002 and has recently obtained the AAI
professional designation in 2006.
Denise is primarily responsible for personal lines production and
customer service.

Bonnie Remmers
|
After more than 20 years as the bookkeeper for a local
business, Bonnie joined the agency as office manager in 1998. Her
primary responsibilities include managing the agency's accounting system,
bookkeeping, payroll and tax preparation. She also provides support to the
agency's producers as well as a wide range of customer service
functions. Bonnie obtained her AAI professional designation in 2006.

Lamm

Kathy joined the agency in 2010 as an
Administrative Assistant bringing with her over 30 years of customer service
experience. Her primary
responsibilities include customer service and support to the office manager
and agency’s producers.

Vonda
Christen
|
Vonda started her insurance career in 1984. She worked for a large regional insurance company
for 16 years specializing in commercial rating and underwriting. Vonda became a licensed
agent in 2000 and worked as a commercial and personal lines producer/CSR for 8 years. She
joined the agency in 2008 and is primarily responsible for commercial lines production and
customer service.

Deb started her insurance career in 1975 working for a large
regional insurance company, working her way up to the position of Senior Personal Lines Underwriter. During that time,
she earned her INS professional designation. Deb joined the agency in 2008 and her primary
responsibilities include personal lines production and customer service.
